Hi everyone :-)
Have made a new boxed house mini album with the gorgeous Children`s Hour collection from Graphic 45. There are 11 pages in this album and the pages measure 7 1/2 x 5.There will be a separate video tutorial for how to make the page and decorate it with pockets and flaps.
This can also be made into a 5 pages mini album with regular cover.

Had so fun making this boxed house for the calendar album :-)
The house measure 10 1/2 wide and 14 inch up to the pipe.
The house measure 10 1/2 wide and 14 inch up to the pipe.
Seen from the side.
Side and backside.
The other side and backside.
Inside the pipe there is a " secret" room :-)
For the balcony I cut out 4 layers of black cardstock using a die from Diamond Dies and glued them together with Multi Medium Matte.
Close up picture for the bird nest on top of the pipe.
There are 4 different pieces in this building and the mini album is inside the box with the windows.
Inside the drawer I made some pencil holders and they can be used to color some of the tags / photo mats inside the album. There is also a " secret" room behind the stairs and it holds an envelope with some leftover fussy cut outs for the receiver to use in the album.
This can be made just as a box or a box with a stand or all 4 pieces :-)
Inside the roof is an other " secret" room.
As you maybe know I love secret places :-)
Placed the stairs on top of the box just for fun :-)
Close up picture of the stairs and box.
Door die from Memory box and I used the same die for the windows.
The door can open and place a picture inside.
Also left the window sides open to put in pictures.
The sides on the lid is fastened with magnets to hold the lid in place.
When the box open the sides folds out.
Inside the lid is the January flip page.
Under the flip is a calendar page with a pocket to hold photo mats.
Here the album start with the other January side.
2 flips on the side for photos or journaling.
The top flip is attach to a photo mat that goes inside the pocket page.
Under the flaps is more room for photos.
Also used the stamp set from last year Time to Flourish calendar collection on all the insert backsides.
February pages.
all the month pages are build up the same way.
Inside the flap.
March page.
This page I filmed when I made it so there will be a video tutorial on how to construct the pages and decorate the March page.
Lots of photo mats and tags.
Will also show how to glue fussy cut outs into scenes and make some photo frames.
April pages
May pages.
June pages.
July pages.
August pages.
September pages.
Oktober pages.
November pages.
December pages.
Here you can see the December page together with the side covers on the box.
Most of the fussy cut outs on the outside is layered on black cardstock to make them study.
One time I use to live in a house with a balcony like this so I just had to recreate it :-)
The colors in this paper line makes me smile and I feel like a child again when I can play with papers and make some fun projects :-)
Supply list :
Graphic 45 Children`s hour paper collection, I used all 3 sizes of the papers, the ephemera cards and a chipboard cut out. There will be enough with one of each if you only make it into an album but if you make the house box also you need one more of the 12 x 12, 8x8 paper pads and some extra 12x12 sheets to cover the house box.black and cream paper from Bazzill.Tyvek envelope, vinyl, glue and magnets.
For the house box I also used Dies from Memory box and Diamond dies, Chipboard, Claw feet and Ornate metal door pull from G45.
