Hi everyone :-)
Here is a tutorial on how to make the Christmas garland I made for the Advent calendar.
This is fun and easy to make and it can be used for so many DIY Christmas projects.
Will also show a bit how you can decorate and add snow on the garland.
Video tutorial
Here you can see how the garland look with and without snow .
I used Arleene`s true snow on the upper one.
Just some examples on how you can decorate it.
Here I used some snowflakes.
Template and measurements for the garland.
This you can make in any width or length you like :-)
I thought I came up with this idea lol but then I so after I filmed that Spellbinders have made a die like this. The name is Fringed Garland if you don`t want to cut it yourself :-)
Supply list:
Green ( Bazzill ) cardstock, scissors, ruler and a score tool ( or crochet hook)

Not only are you very clever, making this garland, you have to be the most ambitious papermaking project person I have ever seen! Your projects are so intricate and amazing, and I always look forward to see what you are going to surprise us with next.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this project with us. I always enjoy your art and I'm sure I'll be making some of these for my Christmas projects.
ReplyDeleteLovely idea and so pretty . Love the red and white gives it a real homespun feel. Tracy x
ReplyDeleteI love your projects! and hope that you can help me find one of them! For some reason I didn't save the location. It was not a tutorial, just a video showing the "not so mini-mini album. I do not remember the papers used, but you created it with black cardstock, making all of the pages the same. The piece that I remember most is the corner roses die that you used for some of the pockets. I was finally able to find and purchase the die, but now can't find the video! Thank you for any help and for sharing so many tutorials of your projects!
ReplyDeletebelle idée, thank you for sharing
