Pocket flip book page tutorial for the 5X5 Home Sweet Home mini album

Hi everyone :-)
Here is the 5X5 Flip Pocket page tutorial for the Home Sweet Home mini album. Will show how to make the page base, decorate, make some photo mats tags  and how to attach it to the album cover using stretchy cord binding. Using the beautiful papers from Graphic 45.
Each double page is made out of one 1 1/2 x 10 sheet of paper and this album can also be used for a photo album or recipe album with pictures.
Hope you enjoy :-)

This album has 4 pages that are all the same and it is the left side on the pictures I show how to make and decorate.

There are flip outs on all the pages and made them to coordinate in colors.

Inside the pages you can attach as many pages you like inside on the cord.

Seen from the top with the flaps folded out.

Bounded with elastic cord and here you can see all the extra pages.

Template and measurements for the pages.
I used black Bazzil Prismatic for my pages.

Picture of the page folded with magnets on the flaps.

Measurements for the album cover.
You can use hair clips or stretchy cord for the page binding.
