Graphic 45 Raining Cats and Dogs Roof mini album tutorial finish part

Hi everyone :-)
Here is the video of the finish roof mini album with flaps for the dog house stand.There will be 11 video tutorial parts on how to make the album and bind it to the cover using hinge my to hinge binding.It is made with the wonderful Raining Cats and Dogs paper collection from Graphic 45.
The album outside measure 9 x 5 1/2 and inside 6 1/4 x 4 1/4 and has 4 pages.

Inside cover and 1. page with a pocket and tag pocket. 
Will show how to make all the pockets, photo frames and tags in the tutorials.

Front flap folds out.

And up with places for photos and journaling :-)

There is one more flap fol out on the inside with photo frames and pockets.

The inside flap also flips up with more places for photos.

Backside of 1.  page and front of 2. page.
Here are some magnetic holders and 2 pockets with tags and pockets.

Backside of 2. page and front of 3. page with slanted pockets.
Tried to coordinate all the pages so they fit together in colors :-)


This pages folds out on each side with photo frames and tags.

The middle pages folds up with more places for photos and journaling.
Many of the fussy cut adds are fastened with repositionable tape so they can be placed over the photos.

Backside of page 3 and front of page 4.
There is a pocket on the left side for some tags and frames. On the left side there is a frame with photo mats inside to glue photos on.

Here are the tags and frames taken out and behind there is place for more photos.

This 2 pages flip down and on the top there are some tags and place for photos or journaling behind.

The bottom flip outs are closed with a banner spinner.

This page flips out with more photo mats and tags.

The inside page flips up and here is a magnetic mat to hold notes.
On the bottom there is a slider border strip on the  page.

The page also folds out the other way with a tag and photo mat.
The border strip is magnetic so the post card holds in place.

This flip out also flips up with some more tags and stamp frames for photos.

Here the album is displayed on the bottom part folded out with the flaps.

Roof mini album cover with some fussy cut outs words and a chipboard cut out.
Decorated with flowers and a border punch from EK Success. Will show in the dog house stand how to decorate this cover and make a border if you don`t have a border punch :-)

There is a lot of opportunities for making this Dog house and album. You can choose to make a regular cover for the album and store it inside, Glue down the roof with hinges, glue down the house on the stand with hinges, Just make the top part  with a platform and skip the drawers or just make a regular mini album. Will show the different opportunities in the tutorials :-)

Supply list
Raining Cats and dogs 12 x 12 - 8 x 8 and 6 x 6. If you are making the dog house also I used some more papers from the 12 x 12 but you will have enough if you choose some other papers that will be left from the mini album.Banner and tags and pocket cut outs  all from Graphic 45 About 10 -12x12 black cardstock. I am using Bazzill Prismatics. Black electric cord tape,magnets,Tyvek envelope,glue,score board,black paint and 2mm thick chipboard
If you are making the dog house I also used 
4 metal feet from Tim Holtz. Ornate metal label holder and chipboard cut outs from G45

Will show in part 10 how to make a regular cover if you want be making the dog house.

Graphic 45 Raining Cats and Dogs chipboard doghouse with 2 mini albums tutorial finish part

Hi everyone :-)
Finally finished the roof mini album and dog house stand tutorial :-)
There will be a 2 part tutorial for how to make this dog house and 11 parts on how to make the mini album that will be posted first. Also have a bonus project tutorial for a tiny accordion mini album that .will be posted after the dog house tutorial.
It is all made out of chipboard and the beautiful Raining Cats and dogs papers from Graphic 45

There is a lot of opportunities for making this Dog house and album. You can choose to make a regular cover for the album and store it inside, Glue down the roof with hinges, glue down the house on the stand with hinges, Just make the top part  with a platform and skip the drawers or just make a regular mini album. Will show the different opportunities in the tutorials.
You can also make this as a Christmas house :-)

Inside the roof is a 6 x 4 mini album hanging.

Will show in the tutorial on how to make this accordion windows.
The sign is a die from Joy Crafts but here you also can use the small banners cutouts.

With a drawer to store some memories of your pet :-)

On the roof there is a chipboard cut out that can be stand out.

inside entrance there is place for a photo of your pet.
The fussy cut outs are glued with repositionable tape so it can be taken out.

One of the sides of the house.

The accordion window is fastened with a hinge on the side and closes with magnets.
This window can also be made so it can be taken off.

Place for photos and journaling on the other side.

Bacside of the house with a pocket to hold some tags.

There is also a little room on the bottom of the stand to store a tiny mini album.

Here is a picture of the accordion mini album folded out.

This 3x3 accordion mini is a bonus project tutorial made from my left overs and will be uploaded after the other tutorials :-)

My son wanted to challenge him self if he had the patience to fussy cut out an image and here you can see the result on the right side! I am pretty proud of him :-)

Sneak peek of Raining Cats and Dogs mini album in a dog house

Hi everyone :-)
Just tough I would share what I am working on just now.
Making a dog house with a mini album inside the roof Using the wonderful Raining Cats and Dogs 
collection from Graphic 45.
It is ready to be filmed and there will be a start to finish video of it all :-)

 Here is the dog house just taped together so I could see how it looks.
Have also cut out chipboard for a drawer under the house.

Mini album layered up to be filmed :-)
I am using repositionable tape to hold it all together before I glue it permanent down when filming :-)
The pages measure 4 1/4 x 6 1/4.

It will take a week or to to film and edit the videos before it is ready to be posted :-)
Update
Always more work that I think lol but hope to post the finish project on Saturday 29-11-14.
Working on editing all the videos right now :-)
