Graphic 45 Typography Folio journal / keepsake Photo album

Hi everyone :-)
Made this 6 x 4 Typography folio out of cardstock and washi tape from G45. So  fun making this and it has so many opportunities for various uses. This one is a journal / photo album that can be taken in a purse or handbag.
Lot of fussy cutting going on here and I used Claudine Helmuth multi matte to glue it on black cardstock and cut it all out one more time. All is distressed with various distress inks from Tim Holtz.

Video

Place for the folio on the desktop writing place.
Used metal key and keyhole from G45 and the Typewriter die is from Tim Holtz. Used elastic for the closure.

Here is how it looks when the first flaps open up.
Plase for notes and memorabilias on the left side and credit or other cards on the middle top flap.
THe Typewriter is 3D layered.

The left flap folds out one more time and here is a pocket. Photo mats ( can also be used for notes) right besides holds together with a belly band made out of washi tape with a magnet closure.
Also a flip out on the bottom.

Under the middle flaps there is a magnet board and a envelope pocket for notes.

The photo mats can be taken out.

The note book can flip down and under there is some elastic to hold notes and a clip board.

The clip board can fold up and under is a pocket for more notes.

Backside of the folio. antique Metal plate from Tim Holtz and label die from Spellbinders behind.

Folio folded out on the Desktop writing place.

  5. This is wonderful! I hope you post a tutorial series when you make your next folio. I'm trying to use your ideas and combine with ideas from your By the Sea folio that you made for your mother.
