Hand made Shabby chic lamp

Hi everyone :-)
Made this lamp out of an empty glass bottle and decorated it with some script paper from Prima, Cheese cloth and Grandma?s Attic image from Pion Design printed on canvas.

To make the hole for the lamp wire I used some duck tape around the bottle ( so it would not brake ) and then drilled the hole. Took of the duck tape and and pulled the lamp cord through the bottle. Decorated it with the papers. mounted lamp cord to  the lamp holder and glued it on the bottle with e 6000. So fun to be able to make my own lamp :-)

For the lamp shade I bought a " skeleton" and wrapped seam binding around. Made a flower in the center . Used my favorite Zutter bow it all to make the seam binding bow on top :-)

Some of the laces I got from My friend Annie and some from WOC and here are the links to they`r shops,
