Hand made Shabby chic lamp 2

Hi everyone :-)
Also made this lamp from a empty glass bottle and used From Grandams Attic from Pion design printed on canvas for the image. Filled the bottle up with coffee beans so the cord wont show up.
Used Tim Holtz Ornate plate in the front of the bottle for decor.

Close up picture of the lamp shade. Love the vintage image from Pion Design :-)

To make the hole for the lamp wire I used some duck tape around the bottle ( so it would not brake ) and then drilled the hole. Took of the duck tape and and pulled the lamp cord through the bottle. Decorated it with the papers. mounted lamp cord to  the lamp holder and glued it on the bottle with e 6000. So fun to be able to make my own lamp :-)
For the lamp shade I bought a " skeleton" and wrapped seam binding around.  . Used my favorite Zutter bow it all to make the seam binding bow on top :-)

Some of the laces I got from My friend Annie and some from WOC and here are the links to they`r shops,
