Hi everyone :-)
Made an other gift cards holder and card and made it 2 in one again :-)
Used the beautiful vintage For Father paper collection and this is a
Pion Guest design team project .
Here is the link to they`r web site where you can find store finder and inspiration,
On the front of the card I layered a man and tree fussy cut outs.Glued on the bottom and top so atag can slide behind. Also cut out a clock and chains. Congratulations is cut out and layered on gray paper and pop up with pop dots.
All the fussy cut outs are covered with Claudine Hellmuth multi matte and out lined with a black Zig pen to give it some depth.
This card can also be used as a photo display inside.

Tag taken out.
Inside there is some more fussy cut outs, tags and the frame has some gears cut outs from Cheery Lynn cogs die.
Lot of place to write some personal messages on the tags.
There is a magnet under the hat to hold the tag.
Here is the secret pull out and inside the frame is a pocket for a gift card.
Also plase for some writing or photos on the back side.
Measurements for the card base.
Will explain how to put it together in the video.
Finish card

A really gorgeous male card Anne, thanks sooo much for the inspiration to a kind of cards, that most of us are strugling with, and it looks fabulous too.
ReplyDeleteHave a very Happy New Year to you and your family as well.
Absolutely lovely card! I love all your details which makes this a priceless work of art, which all your creations are works of art. You are my most favorite artist ever! Thank you for always inspiring me to always create!
ReplyDeleteSo great Anne, I always have a hard time making masculine cards; you seem to create them with ease! LOVE the hidden area for a gift card! If you didn't see my last post, I wanted to thank you for your inspiration once again; your Tim Holtz window die Christmas card holder gave me the spark to make lanterns for our Christmas dinner table. ;) Thank you again for all the lessons you teach me!
ReplyDeleteI am just tickled that I found your site. Love your creations. I, too, love to fussy cut so your way of designing is right "up my alley". I've already made the triple step card, decorating the entire card as you did. I used the Graphic 45 Typography papers. Thanks so much for all the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteI've just stopped by before retiring for the night to say how fabulous I think your card is. As has already been said, coming up with new ideas for men's cards can sometimes be difficult (least ways it is for me), but thankfully we all have your wonderful inspiration to kick-start us into producing something very different. Thank you so much for sharing this with us and I am really looking forward to seeing what new projects you have for us in 2014. I wish you and your family a Happy, Prosperous and Healthy New Year. Best wishes
