        Had so fun making this card with the  gorgeous Steampunk Spells paper collection from Graphic 45 :-)

Card 5 finish

Start with a 7 x 7 black paper and score around 1/2 inch on all sides.

Red 5 x 5 paper from the 6 x 6 paper pad.

Cut of the corners until the score lines in an angel and glue the red paper in the middle and cut around on 3 sides.

Score on the red at  1 - 3 1/4 and 5 1/2. It is easier to score if you lift the black paper up.

Slider inside.

Cut black paper 7 x 5 7/8. Glue on a sticker tag and cut away x.

Turn into the back side and fold the hinges inn. Glue on score tape on the 1/2 inch end.
Glue the top hinge down or cut it of.

Take this slider tag inside and glue on the end.

Cut out the inside card at 12 x 6 and score at 6.

Glue the front on the card the way you want the card to stand up. Have taken score tape on the hinges.

Some suggestions for embellishments.

Used a Zig pen around all my cut outs and the fussy cuts are covered with Claudine Hellmuth multi matte

Used the cardstock banners. Backed with black cardstock and inked up with vintage photo distress ink.

Middle banner layered and used 3D foam to race the circle up. Glue on a thick wire.

Dressform with wings from the 12 x 12 paper pad and backed with black cardstock. Inked with ripe persimon and vintage photo to make a more distressed look.

Glue the banner on the back of the dressform and glue it to the red front card on the bottom and on the bottom wings all the way to the first score line. Cut of a bit on the bottom of the dressform

Easy to make a fence if you don`t have a fence die.

Cut out 1/4 black trips and one 3/8 for the bottom. Used copy paper and drew a 6 inch line. Then 3/8 and 7/8 lines. Took repositionable tape on the copy paper and glued the strips in different length on. 

Added the 3/8 strip with glue on the bottom and a 1/4 on the 7/8 line. Let dry and wolla finish to use :-)

Glue the fence on the bottom of the red paper.

Cut out the yellow wings from the 8 x 8 paper pad and turned the left over to a yellow paper to make the                                                                          rest of the left wing

Glued some fussy cut flowers from the 8 x 8 paper pad on the fence with Claudine Hellmuth multi matte. Take a acetate piece behind so you don`t glue it all down. Also be sure not to add any glue on the bottom of the image a avoid gluing it down on the bottom. Then the card wont slide.

Added some more flowers a frog and a salamander from the 8 x 8 paper pad. Inked them with forest moss distress ink after I took on multi matte and used 3D foam on he frog and flowed centers. Also added flowers and a fussy cut cat on the left side and bottom.

Tag to go inside the dressform.

Used a sticker tag and backed it with black paper. Cut the black paper longer than the tag and fold it. Glue on a skeleton from the 8 x 8 paper also backed with black paper and cut around. glue a bit together on the inside top. Easy to measure if you put the tag inside the dress form before you glue down the skeleton head .

Added bling for the eyes and crackle accent on the teeth and clock.

Used gear paper from the 6 x 6 paper pad on the inside of the slider. Then cut out wishing you a happy Halloween banner and glued it on just in the bottom so it makes a stopper for the slider

Added corners from the sticker sheet and fussy cut out a hot air balloon from the 8 x 8 paper pad. Here you can write a hidden message.

Inside I also used the gear paper and a light yellow paper from the 6 x 6 paper pad.

Cut at 5 3/4 x 5 3/4. Glued on a clock from the 12 x 12 paper pad on the left side and bottom so a tag or picture can slide behind.

Here you can write a personal note :-)
