Fussy cut out the hot ear balloon  and used multi matte on to make it study.
Then I added Score tape on the back and attach thick sewing thread .
Backed it with black paper.
Time flies are cut out from the papers and attach them to rolled wire. ( rolled the wire around a thick needle to make the shape )

More fussy cutting and feathers

Close up picture off the roller blade shoe and cat.
Sew thread on the shoe binding , May art ribbon and brad staples for the roller blade.
Also used Tim Holtz gears.

Used May Arts ribbon for the bow and a smaller that goes around the hat.
Also usedstaples  key hole and 4 different keys hanging on chains.
Spiders from spellbinders and Quick cuts

Close up picture wit a fussy cut bat.

Seen from the side

Decorated the back side of the hot ear balloon with some old clock parts. There are also some small clock parts on the back side of time flies.
Fussy cut a owl and bird.
Different chipboard gears and metal gears from Tim Holtz

The idea for this top hat began with this beautiful steampunk lady :-)
Cut out an extra hat, bird and necklace to make it more dimensional.
glued then some clock parts on the necklace and crackle accent on the handlebar .
Black Quick cut spider behind

Cut out a lot of flowers from the 12 x 12 papers and layered them.
Have a video tutorial on how to make this 3D flowers and here is the link,

Added gears and fussy cut leafs

Front side has a working clock and I made wings and dry embossed them to make it a bit more steampunk.
Used some old sun glasses I did not use anymore and decorated them with some gears..
Chain, spider and bat on the wings

The steampunk girl holds the film srip that can be pulled out from the side.
Place for 6 x 4 photos here

On the other side there is place for small photos.

Here the film strip is rolled around the hat

More place for small photos.

 Seen from the top.
The crank on the top can twist around.

The hat can be displayed like this with photos.

So fun fussy cutting from this paper line :-)

Here ia the link to the top hat tutorial,

Had so fun making this top hat with the fun and gorgeous papers.
Hope it is a bit inspiring and that you got some ideas for your Halloween photos :-)
