The small hooks are from 7 gypsies.Made this carousel from chipboard and glued to and 3 together to make it study. Incredible!....looks like a finely crafted piece of furniture....your workmanship always amazes me...I so look forward to every new video.....thanks.
ReplyDeleteAnne,
ReplyDeleteThis is so wonderful, I love it. But I have a question about the multi medium you have used. Are you glueing every part of the project apart or are you glueing the whole project when you have finished it and glue it then. I hope you understand what I mean.
Thank you so much for your kind comment Petra. I am glad you like it :-) I glued all the small pieces together first ant painted over with multi matte. Then i glued all the larger pieces together and went over with multi matte again. Used a lot of glue lol. Hope this is was you asked for. Have fun creating :-) Hugs, Anne

ReplyDeleteHello from Canada, this is my first visit to your blog and shop - and I am sure glad I came by!!! My first thought was that you might want to consider taking up an additional hobby of woodcrafting OR do as I do and pay a local wood craftsman to construct your designs in wood. I designed a beautiful puppet theater for my daughter which he made from Swedish pine and then I painted it, But I have used him to help with small projects or larger ones when I need a custom table for my hobby. I think simple woodworking skills would be helpful for us crafters! I've also dreamed of custom storage.
ReplyDeleteYour project is a wonderful labour of love, very pretty!
